The Endtime Danger

It is no more news that the end of the world is very near as the signs and things that were written in the Holy Bible is coming to pass on daily basis. It is a known fact that every human being was created by God. We were not mere creature, but we are uniquely created on the sixth day of creation by God.

We are created in God’s likeness and He breathes a life into us to become a spirit being. God gave us the ability to think, reason, and take charge over other living creatures which includes animals, birds, plants etc.

We need to read and meditate on the scripture daily if any Christian wishes to get to heaven. Satan has set his agents to churches today to trouble and destabilize the activities of the churches in this end-time period.

It is in view of the aforesaid that all Christian needs to be more prayerful and be careful of all devil devices so as not to be prey to the devil and his agents. Some of the devices devil uses in this end-time are disobedience, false teachings, false prophecy, adultery, fornication, quick money etc.

A religionist is not a Christian. Whosoever does not accept Jesus Christ as his or her personal Lord and Saviour is not a Christian. Satan has distributed mere religion among people of the world today by claiming to be a member of a popular assembly which God does not reckon with or known. In the book of Revelation 12:9, it says “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Disobedience to the word of God – Some Christians leaders has deviated from God’s instructions and commandments as laid down in the scriptures thus misleading their followers or members by going contrary to God’s will. Disobedience is one of the things God hates. The truth word of God is scarce. The fake ministers who God does not recognise or known has misled million of people all in the name of God to enrich their own pocket.

I beg you brethren to be sensitive in these last days that many devil incarnated ministers has taken over some churches while truth word of God is very rare but stick to the word of God – scripture and meditate on it daily as written in Joshua 1:8 which says “This book of the law shall
not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success”.

Disobedience to Holy Spirit – Holy Spirit has been sent parking in some churches today. They do things according to their own human opinion and thinking. They do not allow Holy Spirit to lead or direct them anymore thus making some churches today to become an enemy to God because they have abandon the owner of the church which is Jesus Christ and they have set standard for themselves in other enrich their pocket. In John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

We need prayer now that the devil is roaring like a wounded lion that is looking for someone to kill.

We need prayer at the end time that Satan has vowed that no Christian will make heaven.

No matter your status or riches on earth, you need to pray fervently to overcome devil’s tricks in other to make heaven. Whatever your position, qualification or honour on earth it does not guarantee you a seat in heaven except you have a cordial relationship with God. We all need to be identified by God by listening and obeying His instructions and commandments on daily basis. By so doing, we will have God’s attention as He said in the book of Psalm 50:15, Psalm 91:15 and also in Jeremiah 33:3, He asked us to call on Him in other to show us hidden we do not know.

I pray as we call on Him today, God in His infinite mercy will answer us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Five tools to achieving a Goal in Life

Who is the General Overseer?

The General Overseer as being referred to in today’s ministry of the gospel is someone who controls, gives order and as well oversees all the affairs of a church. In this end time period, most of these founders of some churches or ministry does so to enrich their pockets. Some established the churches as a means to survive in the hardship the world is passing through now. Some of these churches were established by the self acclaim General Overseer by showcasing and arranging fake miracles in other to pull crowd and become rich quickly. The gospel nowadays has become an avenue to get rich quickly by some people as some do not have what it takes to become a servant of God.

For anyone to be called a servant or a man of God such person must be filled with the Holy Spirit. It is the duty of the Holy Spirit direct and orders the path of any true and genuine child of God rightly. Holy Spirit is the spirit of God that was sent to us after our Lord Jesus Christ has left the earth. Holy Spirit will also teach, guide, direct and reveal the hidden secrets and as well tell us things to come in future. {John 14:26}.

Holy Spirit is a gift from God. It is given freely to anyone who walks rightly before God (Luke 11:13b). A genuine (Christian) child of God must be filled with Holy Spirit and such person must be able to communicate with God on daily basis. Any Christian without Holy Spirit will live a life of his own and such person will definitely go against God’s commandments and instructions.

The Holy Spirit is the General Overseer of a true and genuine church of God as mentioned in {Acts 20:28} Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Mind of God
One of the things that Holy Spirit does is to tell us the mind of God. He reveals the hidden secret unto us as directed by God (John 16:12-14).

Boldness
When you are filled with Holy Spirit, you’ll have enough confidence and boldness to face any challenges ahead of you and as well tell others about Jesus Christ. This was demonstrated by Peter and John in the book of Acts 4:19-21.

Power
In the book of Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Power will be given after which we have received the Holy Spirit. This is to enable us tell others about the goodness of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ability to sin no more
The moment you received the Holy Spirit, sin will become your enemy. A true and genuine child of God will find it difficult to do that which is not right before God. The Holy Spirit tells us when you are about to take wrong decision or go contrary to the will of God.

In many churches and assemblies today, things were done according to the discretion of the self-acclaimed General Overseer (a human being) and not the direction of the Holy Spirit who owns the church. Many have turned churches into a business centre or dancing hall. No wonder the bible recorded it the book of Revelation about seven churches in Asia. When they were reviewed by God it was only the church in Philadelphia that met God’s standard because they listened to the instruction of the Holy Spirit. In many churches today things are done with carnal minds and not by order or direction of the Holy Spirit anymore. The bible made me to understand that to be carnally minded will result in death.

In everything we do or plan to become in life, we need the leading and direction of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit is the one that can help us to achieve our dreams or pursuit in life. In every situation of our lives, we need Holy Spirit to overcome the troubles of life and to do things rightly before God in other to make heaven.

I pray may the Lord grant you and I the grace, ability, obedience and commitment to take a step of faith today and allow the Holy Spirit to take over our lives and lead us aright in all we do in the mighty name of Jesus Christ (Amen).

Making Disciples out of the Multitudes

A disciple is someone who believes in another person’s doctrine and helps to spread such doctrine. Such person must have been convinced by modus operandi such as mode of worship, operations, dressing, and behavior among others. A disciple must follow the rules and guidelines of his or her master as laid down.

As a genuine Christian, we must follow the life pattern of our master, our savior and our Lord Jesus Christ. He demonstrated all these qualities while on earth. In the book of Matthew 14:22-24, it tells us how Jesus Christ told his disciple to go into the ship and cross to the other side. He withdrew himself from the crowd to go to the mountain to pray.

How to retain multitude to become disciple

·   Pray for them regularly
The master needs to pray fervently as our Lord Jesus Christ did in the book of Matthew {14:23} And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.A disciple needs pray so as not to go back to their previous and unworthy lifestyle. The master must pray for his or her followers so as to able to stand firm in their doctrine. This was also demonstrated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew {5:1-2}. The master must equip himself with prayers in other to receive from God what to teach the multitude. The master must be filled with the Holy Ghost so God can speak through him and do great works.

·   Bring them closer to you
A master must be closer to the multitude as this will enable him win their hearts and make them become useful disciples. Our Lord Jesus Christ was closer to his disciples so as to meet their needs both physically and spiritually. He humbled himself before his disciples and chose to more around with them without him being noticed by an outsider except when he teaches them the word of God. By so doing, it was difficult for those that want to arrest him because they could not identify Jesus Christ among his disciples because of his closeness with them. Matthew 26:48-50.

·   Have a forgiving spirit
A master must have a forgiving spirit as this will enable his discipleship process to succeed. Despite the fact that Peter denied Jesus Christ three times when he was arrested, yet he forgave him – Matthew 26:69-74. However, Jesus Christ also forgave Judas Iscariot who betrayed him. A spirit filled master should imbibe the spirit of forgiveness at all times.

·   Teaching
Teaching – a sound teaching of the word of God will make a disciple grow easily and followed the master’s footsteps. In the book of Luke 9:10-17, is shows how Jesus Christ healed people and fed about five thousand men excluding women and children. Followers need a master that cares without limit.

·   Love
Love – The master must show love to his disciples and must be ready take up their challenges as his.

·   Miracle
Miracle – A miracle is needed to be able to win the hearts of multitude to become disciples. As said in John 4:48 “Then said Jesus unto him, except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.” The multitudes expect to see miracles happening so as to be sure of spiritual capabilities of their master.

·   Show them how to succeed
A master must showed his disciples how he does things that bring results. He must set a good standard for them to follow and strictly adhered to. He must teach them how to stay holy, pray fervently, and how to observe fasting effectively to yield positive results – Matthew 14:15-21. Also in the book of Mark {3:13} And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth [unto him] whom he would: and they came unto him. {3:14} And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, {3:15} And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils.”

In conclusion, anyone who wants to raise a good and dedicated disciple must follow the above points to achieve success.

Prayer – Key to enjoying God to the fullest

Prayer is the act of communicating with Almighty God. It is also a way of making our request or petition known unto God. A Christian must be able to pray to God as commanded in the book of 1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing”. Prayer is one of the greatest tools a genuine child of God can use to fight and overcome the enemies (devil).

Our Lord Jesus Christ demonstrated the habit of prayer person in the book of Mark 1:35 it says “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. Also in Luke 5:16 it says “And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed. In the book of Matthew 26:39, it shows how Jesus Christ told his disciples to watch and pray for him but they slept off. This teaches us that Christians must be able to pray without ceasing in other to avert evil on daily basis. However, Ephesians 5:16, says “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. A fervent prayer Christian is a friend of God and as well an enemy to the devil.

Furthermore, in Luke 22:44 it was written that the sweat coming out from his body were like drops of blood. It shows he must have been with great strength. If our Lord and redeemer can pray fervently in such manner I wonder why we Christian of today are weary or reluctant to pray.  In other words, it means a prayer-less Christian is a prey to the devil.

5 Benefits of Prayers

Cordial relationship with God – Anyone who prays fervently will enjoy God’s abundance grace, mercy, success and protection. A prayerful person will become an intimate friend of God.

It averts evil – Prayers avert evil as written in Ephesians 5:16, it says “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Prayer is like a contribution in God’s bank, any prayer prayed before the evil day will be withdrawn from the God’s prayer bank to pay in other to avert such evil.

It brings God’s promises to fulfilment – Prayers will make the promises of God to come to fulfilment in one’s life as long as he or she lives a sin-free life.

It brings victory – Anyone who prays to God fervently will continue to record victory in his or her ways in life.

It brings long life – A prayerful Christian will live long if he or she can do away with sin.

In conclusion, it is good for any Christian who wishes to make heaven to be fervent in prayer in other not to become prey to the devil and his host. Prayers in one of the greatest tools any Christian can use to fight and overcome the devil.
